Each of our services are specialised, tailor-made and adhere to the following:

1. Determining your requirements
We will have an initial meeting with you to understand your requirements, a project consultant will conduct a needs analysis.

2. Design
One-Tech will design a solution that will meet your specific requirements. This will include proposing the technologies that will be used to implement the solution, the hardware and software; as well as the security and integration with your existing systems.

 3. Project Management
One-Tech
will create a project plan specifying the scope of works to be carried out and delivered, including a schedule for each activity as well as progress reports associated with each milestone. We will deliver the necessary actions within the defined framework and terms of agreement.

Throughout the project we will continually identify, review and analyse risks and issues before they become problems; ensure all deliverables are to the highest quality within the agreed time and budget; and communicate openly with you and all project team members.

4. Implementation and Testing
Once the solution has been designed and tested to the required specifications, we implement it.
An impact assessment report will determine either a phased roll-out or single deployment.

5. Project Completion
Each phase of the project will be signed off by One-Tech and a client representative; completion being attained on full approval. Once signed off, we provide a 14 day honeymoon period where provide you with post implementation support,  training and advice free of charge.
